Refunds & Cancellations – SwishyClean

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours—we'll re-clean affected areas at no charge (at our discretion).

Refunds: Services are non-refundable once completed. Payments/deposits secure your scheduled time.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:
• 48+ hours notice: No fee
• 24–48 hours: Up to 25% fee
• Within 24 hours: Up to 50% fee
• Same-day/no-show: Up to 75% fee (auto-charged to card on file)

Recurring services continue until canceled with 48+ hours notice.
